$15 entry fee. 100% payback to players. Scores submitted to Fargo Rate. Double Elimination. Race to 3 in the winners bracket and race to 2 in the losers bracket. Finals Match race to 5. Winner of the losers bracket must win two races to three against the winner of the winners bracket. Lag for first break, alternate subsequent breaks. Ball in hand rules, 8 on the break (without scratching) is a win. Jumping is allowed

Winner of the losers bracket must win two races to three against the winner of the winners bracket. Lag for first break, alternate subsequent breaks. Ball in hand rules, 9 on the break is not a win. The 9 is immediately spotted on the foot spot and the breaker continues shooting. Push out is allowed. No three foul rule. Call the 9. Jumping is allowed.

Located in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, Legends Billiards and Tavern has been a longtime local staple. Originally opening in 1994, Legend's was founded as a true billiards room. Over the years, we have transformed into a social gathering place for locals and tourists.
